• We focus to provide real-estate information requested by landlords; therefore we do not deal with object management and contract.

Contents & routes of personal information acquisition

• We indicate the following information as "Personal Information" in our service.
1. Information, which identifies individuals, such as name, address, phone number, email, and more about landlords for membership registrations.
2. Information, which identifies a specific object, for object registrations.
3. Name and email of tenants for inquiries to landlords.
4. Information, which identifies individuals, such as name, address, phone number, email, and more about tenants for a translation service.
5. Name and email for inquries to our service.
6. Access logs associated with your usage of our website.

Purposes of use

• To provide name and object information registered by landlords to tenants.
• To display membership and object information of a landlord after his/her login.
• To open tenants' name and email to a landlord for an inquiry.
• To refer to his/her name and email for inquiries to our website.
• To identify individuals associated with our examinations of membership and object registrations.
• Others including advertisement from us for only applicants.

Information management system

• We strictly secure personal information by each department, and we use the iformation for only porpuses of our service when we keep your information.
• We identify each member when they request to refer, modify, or delete their information.
• We never use personal information fed by members without their permissions other than our service.
• We may ask for your cooperation to retain your personal information accurately and newly.
• We deal with the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology for the security of your information including a credit card number so as not to intercept, obstruct, or falsify these information.
• We review and improve the above policy and our compliance program based on JPIPL arbitrarily.
